The Adelaide Motorsport Festival is a virtual "museum-in-motion". A five-day festival that draws upon South Australia's rich motorsport history and celebrates and re-enacts motorsport competition of a bygone era. Incorporating the Adelaide Rally and Victoria Park Sprint, the festival is held between 28 November and 2 December 2018.
2018 marks the fifth year the event has been run. In 2017 Adelaide Motorsport Festival attracted over 35,000 people across all elements. 210 cars took part in the Victoria Park Sprint, 272 in the Adelaide Rally and there were approximately 300 display vehicles involved in the festival. Over 2100 active participants and crew were involved in the event-entered vehicles.
The Gouger Street Party Friday 30 November element of the event features the annual "Peak Hour of Power" parade to the city.
