Changing the Face of Prostate Cancer Survivorship in Australia

We are pleased to invite you to the Implementation Forum "Changing the Face of Prostate Cancer Survivorship in Australia".

This one-day event has been organised by the NHMRC Centre of Research Excellence for Prostate Cancer Survivorship in partnership with the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia (PCFA) and the Australian and New Zealand Urogenital and Prostate Cancer Trials Group (ANZUP).

The Forum will be held on 20 July 2019 at the Hilton Hotel, Brisbane from 9am to 4pm and all are welcome to attend. General registration is $80. Free registration is provided for men living with prostate cancer, and their partner/carer. Light refreshments will be provided.

The event will connect key stakeholders and consumers towards collectively pursuing a shared national prostate cancer survivorship agenda.

Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a forum for advancing the implementation of current and emerging evidence-based survivorship care provision in Australia.

As part of the event, we extend a particular welcome to Partners / Carers of Men living with Prostate Cancer with a special consumer forum scheduled to discuss unmet needs, issues around caring and the supportive role of technology.
