Our fledgling office was delighted with the announcement at the Central Chapter Conference in May that His Excellency Rear Admiral Kevin Scarce AC CSC RANR, Governor of South Australia, agreed to become Patron. At the conference, the Governor conferred Corporate Community Award of Merit to Subway Restaurants and The Good Guys, acknowledging their significant fundraising activities.
Corporates, organisations and the community have worked overtime in South Australia and the Northern Territory this year on a diverse range of projects. Special thanks go to the volunteers in our office for our success. The efforts of the members of the numerous Support Groups and the Action Group are not only invaluable but incalculable.
