Landmark Australian study questions the value of expensive robotic surgery

A landmark  Australian study has questioned the value of using expensive robotic technology to treat prostate cancer.

This is the first study in the world to present high-level evidence showing that three months after surgery, there was no significant difference in primary outcomes between men who had a robotic operation and those who had a traditional operation.
