Erection problems are an unfortunate side effect for some men after surgery or radiotherapy to treat their prostate cancer. For many men this is temporary, but for others it can be long lasting. Some men find that prescription drugs such as viagra are helpful. There is a large internet market for cheap and counterfeit drugs to treat erectile problems, as well as "natural" supplements that promise to help. A recent review article has uncovered the dangers associated with these supplements and counterfeit drugs.
