Continuing their now five-year tradition, Ipswich Prostate Cancer Support Group leaders Dennis and Neville have proudly flown the PCFA flag, raising awareness of prostate cancer and their support group at the latest Ipswich RSL sub-Branch Presidents Community Leaders Breakfast.
Mr Ellis and Mr Black were thrilled with this year’s attendance, with local councillors and community leaders from the region all in attendance.
“It’s another great local event that we get asked to participate in. It really helps us because a lot of local politicians and council members attend so we can speak to them and let them know how important our group is to the community. We also have an area set up with all of the foundation’s collateral and information on the support group, so anyone can come say hello, ask questions and get in touch with us if they need too.” Say’s Group Leader Dennis Ellis.
