Amber Newton and her family recently organised a heartwarming initiative to support PCFA, a cause deeply personal to them as Amber's father is currently undergoing treatment. Their endeavor took the form of a pasta night, which quickly gained immense community support.

Word spread rapidly about the event, and the community rallied behind the Newton family's cause, offering generous donations for raffles and auctions. Held on April 19th at the Whorouly Recreation Reserve, the pasta night exceeded all expectations.

Contrary to their initial expectations, the turnout proved to be staggering, as Amber and her family worked tirelessly to serve an impressive 300 portions of pasta in just three hours. The atmosphere was charged with solidarity and compassion, as attendees united in support of a cause deeply meaningful to many.

The collective efforts yielded remarkable results, as the event raised a staggering $19,458 for the PCFA. This extraordinary outcome is a testament to the power of community solidarity and the unwavering determination of individuals like Amber and her family to make a meaningful difference in the fight against prostate cancer.
