Bendigo PCSG

Formation

The support group was formed in 1995 and is affiliated with the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia. The group offers emotional support and information to anyone with an interest in prostate cancer.

Activities

Members receive a monthly newsletter via post or email. Copies of other community newsletters, leaflets, brochures and books on prostate cancer and associated problems are available to borrow at meetings or by contacting Neil Macdonald.

We man information stalls at various community events, giving out free information on prostate cancer. The group meet on the third Thursday of the month at 6:00pm. Our meetings are open to all members of the public and we vigorously encourage wives or partners to attend as well. The group meet at the Bendigo Athletics Centre in Retreat Road, Bendigo.
